Só assim se explica a morosidade da justiça com o caso do despedimento colectivo do Casino Estoril em que o lado do trabalho esteja sempre a perder. Ataca-se o trabalho com direitos das instituições do estado, que deviam zelar pelo direito do cidadão ao trabalho. Anulam-se os mais antigos funcionários e chama-se a isso, gestão. Pensar em cortar despesas é despedir, naturalmente. Trocam-se funcionários com décadas de casa e com direitos laborais adquiridos por outros mais dóceis por empresas geridas por eles próprios, levando à precariedade, à despedibilidade e à desprotecção social. Gestão deve ser isto. Optimização deve ser isto. E ninguém se rebela com esta converseta cínica?:
A morosidade da justiça está a contribuir, no empobrecimento dos cidadãos e destruindo como contribuintes.
Despedir desta maneira é um vale-tudo.
Depois quando as pessoas ficam no desemprego, não se vê Justiça, associações de diversa natureza o próprio estado, os deputados os grandes defensores do cidadão, ou seja tudo uma grande treta, anda meio mundo a enganar meio mundo, mas ajuda no sentido de justiça nada no sentido de quem quer produzir o mesmo que nada.
Basta ver este despedimento do Casino Estoril e seus atrasos na justiça que ninguém investiga, porque será ?
