Vou pedir ajuda aqui a um amigo destes. Tenho um antivirus do Panda e sempre que abro o computador, e durante a sua utilização,tenho por dia 4 a 5 “TENTATIVAS DE INTRUSÃO BLOQUEADAS”. Isto é normal? Bem, agora vou para o trabalho, mas se alguém me explicasse isto agradecia. Obrigada.

Kikwete told Bush: “The outpouring of warmth and affection from the people of Tanzania that you have witnessed since your arrival is a genuine reflection of what we feel towards you and towards the American people.”
In a reference to Bush’s domestic problems, Kikwete added: “Different people may have different views about you and your administration and your legacy.
“But we in Tanzania, if we are to speak for ourselves and for Africa, we know for sure that you, Mr. President, and your administration have been good friends of our country and have been good friends of Africa.”
Although many Africans, especially Muslims, share negative perceptions of Bush’s foreign policy with other parts of the world, there is widespread recognition of his successful humanitarian and health initiatives on the continent.
Bush has spent more money on aid to Africa than his predecessor, Bill Clinton, and is popular for his personal programs to fight AIDS and malaria and to help hospitals and schools.
Because of the U.S. anti-malaria program, 5 percent of patients tested positive for the disease on the offshore islands of Zanzibar in 2007 compared to 40 percent three years earlier, the Tanzanian leader said.
Bush’s legacy in Africa would be saving the lives of hundreds of thousands of mothers and children who would otherwise have died from malaria or AIDS and enabling millions of people to get an education, he said.
“I know you leave office in about 12 months’ time. Rest assured that you will be remembered for many generations to come for the good things you’ve done for Tanzania and the good things you have done for Africa,” Kikwete said.

All these years, I have detailed how our stock market and banking systems are full of holes. This is due to the fact that the main way to get rich quick is to evade controls, evade definitive book keeping records, avoid fixing messes. Glitches ARE money! The worse the glitch, the more money that can be made! This is the logic of funny money creation: the worse the system functions, the better it is to loot. So instead of noticing these glitches and problems and fixing them, the reverse happens: everyone wants to EXPLOIT these problems for their own profits. Once everyone does the same stupid things that allows them to take advantage of messes, the messes take over all systems and destroys them!
It is like having an ATM machine that is broken so that anyone can come up to it and ask for money and it spits it out and nothing is taken out of the proper accounts. So crowds form as everyone rushes to the machine to get this free money and soon there is a riot. Once everyone in the neighborhood knows the machine is broken and is trying to get money from it, the machine ceases to spit out dollars and the bank goes bankrupt! And everyone who TRUSTED the bank to protect their savings is screwed.
This is why it is imperative for the top people in control of our government and economy MUST always be VIGILANT about messes being exploited! The instant this comes into view, it must be crushed or fixed. And anyone exploiting obvious problems, arrested and forced to turn over their ill-gotten gains! Instead, the people who exploit flaws are paying the guardians of the US economic systems to go to sleep and let them quietly raid the broken parts of our economic infrastructure.

É como o meu, está muito lento e depois desliga-se. Já o levei a arranjar e voltou na mesma. Depois li naquele livro “Computadores para tótos” na Fnac que quando os computadores começam a fazer assim, é melhor comprar outro. É o que eu vou fazer agora.

Sou só eu que vê aqui uma relação entre o American Dream Downpayment Act e a crise do crédito habitacional que por sua vez acabou de levar à actual crise das falências dos bancos de investimento? Será o “downpayment” (entrada) elevado que o mercado praticava tinha uma função de impedir empréstimos de alto risco? A subsidiar este, a Administração Bush até fez uma política social bem-intencionada, mas falhou, a seguir, ao não prevenir-se das consequências nefastas do seu intervencionismo.

Lutz a razão foi o desejo haver maior facilidade de crédito, para isso acontecer os requerimentos tiveram de baixar. Mas isto já vem desde os anos 70 como vê num post acima que fiz sobre o Community Reinvestment Act. A baixa das taxas de juro para valores record após o 11 de Setembro ajudou ainda mais.

Lição de economia
Uma vez, num lugarejo, apareceu um homem anunciando aos aldeões que compraria macacos por €10 cada. Os aldeões, sabendo que havia muitos macacos na região, foram à floresta e iniciaram a caça aos macacos.
O homem comprou centenas de macacos a €10 e então os aldeões diminuíram o seu esforço de caça.
Aí, o homem anunciou que pagaria €20 por cada macaco e os aldeões renovaram os seus esforços e foram novamente à caça. Logo os macacos foram escasseando cada vez mais e os aldeões foram desistindo da busca. A oferta aumentou para €25 e a quantidade de macacos ficou tão pequena que já não havia mais interesse na caça. O homem então anunciou que agora compraria cada macaco por €50! Entretanto, como iria à cidade, deixaria o seu assistente cuidando da compra dos macacos.
Na ausência do homem, o assistente disse aos aldeões:
– Olhem todos estes macacos na jaula que o homem comprou. Eu posso vender-vos por €35 e, quando o homem voltar da cidade, vocês podem vender-lhe por €50 cada.
Os aldeões, muito espertos…, pegaram nas suas economias e compraram todos os macacos do assistente.
Nunca mais viram nem o homem nem o seu assistente, somente macacos por todos os lados.
E pronto, é assim que funcionam os mercados financeiros!…

Essa conversinha mole vai servir de muito quando essas pessoas não tiverem dinheiro para pagar a prestação e o banco lhes ficar com as casas… Bem podem berrar a plenos pulmões “hey, I found the money for a downpayment!!!” que não me parece que os bancos vão ser caridosos…

A grande questão é se o banco vai querer as casas, em algumas zonas dos E. Unidos a coisa está
tão má que os bancos já pedem aos “despejados” para ficarem nas casas gratuitamente até serem vendidas,
isto porque há quem faça fortuna a desmantelar as casas abandonadas para roubar metais, louças de casa de banho, eletrodomésticos,jacuzzi’s, etc
Quando acabam de as saquear, as casas ficam tão esventradas que chegam a ser vendidas a 100 dólares.
